D&P Cycles Return Policy
D&P Cycles adhere to the Distance Selling Regulations, which protect you when buying items by Mail Order. We offer a fully flexible returns policy and are happy to accept items back for a refund or exchange if they don’t fit, you’ve ordered the wrong things, the items are damaged or faulty upon receipt or you simply don’t like what you’ve ordered.
In all cases, damage, error, dislike your first action is to send us an email to let us know the problem. We will then tell you how to rectify the situation.
- Items to be returned within 14 days of purchase.
- Items must be in all original undamaged packaging and in an unused condition.
- Customer will pay the return postage unless the return is due to our mistake.
- Refunds will be paid within 30 days of receiving item.
- Exchanges will be sent out as soon as we have checked the returned item is in re-saleable condition.

- Please complete a return form and include it in the return.
